superb location breakfast buffet
The hotel has a superb location, close to many attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of choices. I appreciated the variety of options.
The elevator was a bit slow at peak times. It caused short delays, though not a major issue.

The staff was very polite. The room was very clean and it received tidying every day of our stay. I appreciated the staff assistance. The breakfast had a wide selection of options.

a decent stay
equipped room excellent coffee opaque window natural light
the room was well equipped. i found wine glasses particularly useful. the lobby bar proved a great place to have breakfast. the coffee was excellent.
the room lacked natural light. the window faced outside, but it was opaque, so sunlight couldn't enter. it reminded me of a cave, and i had to keep the lights on even during the day.

just ok, i guess
small room ancient tv
the staff where quite friendly, to be fair.
i gotta say, the room felt pretty cramped, and i think it was a triple room. plus, the tv was ancient, more like a relic from another decade. it barely worked.

amazing location and Friendly Staff
central location easy walk comfortable bed friendly staff
I found the location amazing, right in the centre of the gothic quarter. The easy walking distance to everything was a great benefit. The bed was SUPER comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. Breakfast had a good range of products and the staff were very friendly.
The room had little natural light because of the window's position. This impacted the overall ambience of my accommodation.

The double room had sufficient space and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom included essential toiletries and a hairdryer. Climate control allowed adjustments to the room temperature and a safe secured valuables.
